HOW IT WORKS

A four-week cycle. The first workflow is the hardest.

Most clinics run this once. The clinics that get the most out of it run the cycle quarterly for the first year, and each cycle opens the next workflow we can take.

Week by week.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery

A 30-minute call. We learn the operation, the voice, the escalation contact. You send the exports we need.

  2. Week 2

    Build

We configure the work to your clinic: voice, calendar, escalation rules, message templates. We test against your historical data.

  3. Week 3

    Go live

The work handles real conversations with your patients. We monitor the first 50 closely and adjust as we go.

  4. Week 4+

    Measure and tune

A weekly digest of hours handled, conversations closed, bookings made, escalations routed. We adjust as we go.

Who does what.

WE
  • We run the work

Configuration, monitoring, escalation routing, weekly reporting.

  • We do the discovery

The mapping, the shortlist, the build. Your team does not write a requirements document.

  • We handle the data

We sign a data-handling agreement before any file moves.

YOU
  • You send the export

A CSV from OpenDental, Dentrix, Abeldental, or your calendar. We sign first.

  • You review the shortlist

Ten minutes with the founder. You approve the first workflow or push back.

  • You own the calendar

The work books into the calendar your staff already uses. No new login for your team.

The next discovery.

Quarterly, we re-run the discovery. The second cycle usually finds one or two more workflows we can take off the team. The third finds fewer. By year two, most clinics have lifted what the front desk had to give, and the conversation shifts from automation to leverage.

Bring one workflow. Leave with a shortlist.

Bring a task that takes too long. We will tell you whether the fit is right and what the first thirty days would look like in bookings.

Book a 30-minute discovery

No deck. No follow-up sequence. The call ends when the question does.
